1. Membership Eligibility & Verification

Membership is granted subject to verification of credentials submitted by the applicant:

• Applicants must submit authentic medical certificates, identity proofs, and clinic registration details.
• IRMA reserves the right to reject or cancel any membership application if the provided documents are found to be forged, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Membership ID Cards are non-transferable and must only be used by the registered practitioner.

2. Code of Professional Ethics

All registered members are expected to uphold ethical medical practices:

• Members must prioritize patient safety, hygiene, and ethical medical standards in rural healthcare settings.
• Misusing the IRMA name, logo, or membership badge for illegal medical practices or unauthorized activities will result in immediate termination of membership and legal proceedings.

3. Legal Support & Limitations

The IRMA Legal Cell provides advice and advocacy support to registered rural medical practitioners against harassment. However, IRMA does not guarantee immunity from judicial actions in cases of intentional negligence, criminal acts, or violation of statutory laws.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All logos, text content, workshop materials, gallery images, and graphics published on this website are the intellectual property of IRMA. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Membership Fees & Refunds

Fees paid towards association registration, ID card issuance, or seminar participation are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing by the central administrative office.

6. Policy Modifications

IRMA reserves the right to amend, update, or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with legal regulations or operational changes. Updated terms will be posted directly on this page.
